The LEBNI project is led by Jeremy Davies, the Founder and Chief Systems Architect. Jeremy guides the vision, technical direction, and long-term strategy of the initiative. With a background in CNC machining, technology management, law-enforcement collaboration, and AI-driven system design, he developed the core architecture, prototypes, and communication framework that anchored the project from day one.
His leadership brings together engineering discipline, real-world operations insight, and a commitment to building tools that genuinely support first responders. Jeremy also coordinates partnerships with academic programs, AI institutes, public-safety professionals, and emerging technology networks to ensure LEBNI evolves responsibly and effectively.
Our team culture is built on clarity, responsibility, and a commitment to serving the public good. We approach problems with discipline and curiosity, valuing precision in our work and integrity in every decision. Collaboration is direct and purpose-driven—everyone contributes, everyone is accountable, and everyone respects the seriousness of the mission. We innovate quickly, but we never compromise on security, ethics, or the real-world needs of first responders who depend on these systems.

We’re looking for people who combine technical skill with steady judgment—teammates who can think clearly under pressure, communicate well, and take ownership of their work. Ideal candidates are disciplined, curious, and motivated by real-world impact, especially in public safety and critical-infrastructure technology. We value individuals who can operate independently, collaborate respectfully, and uphold the highest standards of security, ethics, and professionalism as the project grows.
